User Account Deletion Policy
Your Right to Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data and privacy. If you no longer wish to use our ana app, you can request deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and associated data from our system, subject to certain exceptions outlined below.
How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the app and navigate to Profile.

  2. Locate the "Delete Account" option.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Once you request account deletion, we will initiate the process of removing your data from our system. This may include:

  • Deleting your account profile information.

  • Deleting any content or data you have created or uploaded within the app.

  • Disconnecting your account from any third-party integrations.

Important Information:

  • Account deletion is a permanent process. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access your data or restore your account.

  • We may need to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. This data will be anonymized and used only for these specific purposes. We will clearly outline any data retention practices in our Privacy Policy.
